The Moscow Mule has swept up the bar scene into a bit of a frenzy. One would be hard pressed to find a short form cocktail menu that doesn’t include some variant of the drink, but finding one as delicious as its potential is a difficult task.
We were in a pinch. Too many pineapples. If they weren’t consumed soon, they’d all go to waste. As anyone in this bind would do we took a trip to the city library and dug through the old archives to find a recipe that just might get us free.
